Servicing your Vehicle

Presidian’s ‘no-forms’ claims process can help get you back on the road sooner.
If your vehicle breaks down or as soon as you suspect a mechanical fault has occurred, please contact Presidian on 1300 092 882 prior to arranging any repair work to your vehicle. A member of Presidian’s specialist Claims Team will direct you to the nearest approved repairer for assessment, wherever you are in Australia. Authorised repairs under a claim will be paid direct to the approved repairer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The features described are subject to terms and conditions and have not detailed any warranty exclusions. There may be some features of the Warranty which overlap with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
