A dealer issued warranty is issued by your Motor Vehicle dealer. An insurer issued warranty is issued and underwritten by an insurer. Premiums, covered components and claim limits differ across different products. Your Motor Vehicle dealer will be able to share with you the Warranty Terms and Conditions for a dealer issued warranty that you may wish to consider purchasing.

Presidian administers warranties for Dealer Issued Warranty, and Insurer Issued Warranty.

Our insurer issued warranty products are issued and underwritten by Virginia Surety Company Inc (Insurer) under the Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) No. 245549.

Due to this arrangement, it is necessary for us to keep separate record of calls that are received for these products.
